Expansion of the course from 12 to 18 playable holes, delivered with limited budget and staffing while maintaining play throughout construction and grow-in.

• Shaping of new tees and greens to outsourced design

• Coordination of construction alongside daily play

Irrigation & Automation

• Design and installation of a hybrid Rain Bird IC/Decoder irrigation system

• Integration of Husqvarna EPOS robotic mowers to reduce manual labour

Agronomy & Management

• Data-led decisions using GDD, clipping volume, rainfall, and nutrient monitoring

• Site-specific irrigation and fertiliser strategies

• Management of wind, salt spray, and erosion in a coastal environment

Outcome

• Successful delivery of a fully playable 18-hole course

• Consistent turf standards achieved with a very small team
